monster head rest

This is new by Trunki (you know the guys that make that really cool ride on suitcase.) I love the crazy head rest they now have. I don't know if it's hit the US yet, but they are showing it on their site.

make the car ride a little more comfortable

I found this product called "go anywhere table and footrest." It's designed to keep your kids from getting pain from when their legs and feet fall asleep. It is compatible with a carseat or a booster. If you are planning a long trip in the car this would come in super handy. They can play games and draw with the tray that comes with it. It also can be purchased without the tray.

create a bib

This is a cool idea and we love this product. It basically can make an ordinary restaurant napkin and turn it into a bib. It comes in handy for the diaper bag. You don't have to worry about packing a bib everytime you leave the house. It's made by Kipiis and comes in several colors.

snack ball

This little snack ball is made by Boon. It's perfect for small, tiny fingers. My daughter loves carrying it around. The disk swings open and shut easily, so a toddler can do it. The halves come apart too for easy cleaning.

searching for shells

I saw this one day when looking at toys on the internet and though it would be a great way to carry our shells around the next time we go to the beach. Next time we go on vacation to the ocean, I want to get one of these bags. Then my daughters can use their buckets for something else rather than to carry their shells! They also come in several colors. Just search for Kathe Kruse Shell Bag.

get your chocolate fix

This game is perfect for my 7 year old. She loves trying to go through and figure out what pattern the little chocolate candies go in. The nice part is that it's a fun game that she can play on her own. It's also perfect for in the car travel. Not to mention the little game pieces are super cute! It's super addicting. I even play the harder levels. There is also a boyish version as well. This is a game that I get for every bday party for boys. I have two girls, so I never know what to get them, but what mom wouldn't want their kids to have a fun education game? You can find it at ToyRUs, specialty shops, or amazon.com. I think it's called 'Chocolate Fix'.

no more messing with car seats at the airport

I don't know about you, but if you ever traveled in an airport, the car seat is the biggest pain. My sister-in-law was about to travel to China with her two year old who is still in a car seat. She wanted a hassle free way to get over there with out having to carry it around. She found this item and it makes the car seat a back pack and also it has handles on top so you can carry it around. It is such a good invention for all the travelers out there. It's one of those "Now why didn't I think of that?" Both my children are out of the huge carseat, so I just have to worry about the booster. However, there was a time I stuggled with those huge carseats! This one is from Cheeky Monkey called Pac Back if you wanted to google it.

suitcase ride-along

I found this Trunki a year or two ago and fell in love with it! It's super cute and fun for the kids. The only thing that's holding me back is the price. However, this year they dropped it. It's also kinda small, but perfect for a carry on for the airplane. There is a strap so you can pull it along while the child rides. I thought it was super cute! There is a shop in walking distance of my house that carries it I noticed recently. As soon as that puppy goes on sale, it's ours! Right now they have a tiger one that's limited edition on their website.
