My 3 year old LOVES her dorothy shoes. She wears them almost every day. We live in Kansas, so I guess it only makes sense. During Halloween you can get them at Target, I think. She saw them at a toy store one day and begged forever to get them for her birthday. Luckily, my grandma needed an idea, so it was the perfect thing. She was so excited to get them.
